Shall be responsible for Finance ,Accounts , Taxation , foreign exchange , legal & Secretarial.Shall report to MD.
he have the responsibility for supervising and handling financial reports, accounting and all kinds of financial analysis. Additionally he have to oversee cash management and financial legislation and regulations and also manage cash flow for an organisation by supervising the balance sheets and income statements. he also should have comprehensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles. Candidates would normally be fully qualified with an Accounting qualification.
