Job Description!
Under the guidance of the M&E Manager, work with the program team to collect store, manage and disseminate data and prepare and complete monthly monitoring forms on- time and accurately
Development/ improvement of the data/information management tools including reporting formats and database for overall assessment of the respective sectors
Collect case studies and stories
Assist in preparing periodical program updates/reports
Carry out regular onsite monitoring of projects as directed by M&E Manager, District Managers and Technical Coordinators and provide on spot necessary guidance;
Maintain & monitor financial records and ensure DIL policies.
Keep track of all projects to ensure timely completion
Maintain proper filing system of monitoring and data related documents.
Skills Required!
Good interpersonal and communication skills,
Ability to keep track of multiple, multi-sector projects
Good written and spoken English language skills.
Knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent data collection and knowledge on M&E tools.
Knowledge on log-frame analysis.

The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will be responsible for monitoring the implementation projects within a specific district. He/she will also be responsible to ensure program is implemented in line with policies, donor regulations and best practices thus achieving the program goals and objectives.
